These are the innovations introduced by the Legislative Decree April 30, 2019, n. 34, converted into law 28 June 2019, n. 58 (c.d. &#8220;Growth Decree&#8221;), notwithstanding, respectively, the provisions of art. 101, paragraph 2, of the Third Sector Code, pursuant to Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, n. 117 and to the provisions of art. 17, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, n. 112.<br \/>\nThere is no obligation to adapt the articles of association to social cooperatives and their consortia, which, pursuant to paragraph 4, of art. 1, of Legislative Decree no. 112\/2017 &#8220;acquire the status of social enterprises by right&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The deadline by which ONLUSes, voluntary organizations and social promotion associations will be able to adapt their statutes to the Third Sector Code with simplified majorities, ie with the majorities provided for in the resolutions of the ordinary assembly, has been extended to 30 June 2020 .
